LEAD is the leadership development and training ministry of the Western Ontario District of the PAOC, created to support pastors, church leaders, ministry teams and emerging leaders in their ongoing growth and effectiveness. We believe that healthy churches are led by healthy, equipped leaders, and that leadership development is not a one-time event but a lifelong journey.

Through accessible online learning, leadership assessments, personalized coaching, team development experiences, and practical ministry resources, LEAD provides tools that help leaders grow in self-awareness, leadership, competency, spiritual formation, and ministry effectiveness. Our training is biblically grounded, ministry-focused, and designed to address the real challenges leaders face in today’s ministry environment.
